General Sales Conditions.

ORDERS
Orders, both direct and indirect must be sent by fax or email only and are always taken subject to the Selling Company's approval. All Orders must be in accordance with the packaging.

DELIVERY
The delay and/or non-delivery (even partial), of what has been confirmed by us, does not entitle the Purchaser to ask for any compensation.

PRICES
The prices are intended "ex-works", excluding any costs (packing, transport, cashing costs, postage) and VAT.

PAYMENT
Payments are only valid when processed at our head office. Once the deadline established in the invoice has expired, it will be subject to interest at bank rate, and any other costs caused by the delay.

SHIPPING
The goods are delivered "ex-works" and travel at the risk of the Purchaser. The transport of the goods, which shipping is "fre
e delivery" will be charged at cost.
The Purchaser is required to check the integrity of the packages upon receipt of the goods and in presence of the last carrier. After eight days from receipt of goods without any written comments, the related invoice is intended fully accepted and claims will no longer be taken into account. No merchandise return will be accepted unless previously authorised and delivery must be "carriage paid".

GUARANTEE

Ogni articolo è protetto da un trattamento di superficie che ne garantisce la qualità nel tempo.
Tutti i nostri articoli sono garantiti un anno dalla data della fattura. La garanzia ci obbliga solo alla sostituzione degli articoli difettosi e non al rimborso di danni o spese per sostituzione o riparazioni effettuate dal cliente. Pertanto saranno sostituiti gratuitamente solo i pezzi difettosi.

CLEANING
Please clean the product using only a dry cloth or slightly moistened with water.
Do not use any chemical cleaning products so as not to alter the effectiveness of the protective surface.

JURISDICTION
The jurisdiction of Brescia is the sole competent court for any dispute relating to relations with Zermat s.r.l.
Any agreement in derogation to the conditions contained in this list is considered valid only if it appears as written agreement.
